The Helen Macpherson Thompson Library

A reference library dedicated to the history and people of Clan Macpherson.

About Helen

Helen Macpherson Thompson (1905–1999) was an enthusiastic member of the Clan Macpherson Association and a generous benefactor of the Museum.

A qualified librarian, she took a keen interest in the Library from its earliest days, and the collection is named in her honour.

Her generosity helped establish the Library as a lasting resource for Macphersons and researchers alike.
